Are you a numbers person who knows the ins and outs of the construction industry? We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join the team at Snapscale. If you thrive on keeping projects on track financially and love diving into the details, this fully remote, worldwide opportunity is built for you. You will work independently to handle essential financial tasks across multiple divisions while collaborating with dynamic teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve keeping our financials accurate and our projects moving forward smoothly. You will handle outsourced accounting tasks by processing accounts payable invoices in Procore and Sage, posting AIA invoices, and setting up new jobs and contracts for both our construction and consulting divisions. Managing change orders and reviewing weekly timesheets will also be a core part of your routine. Beyond that, you will take charge of special maintenance projects, create custom project invoices, and oversee the entire billing cycle for our architecture and engineering departments by reviewing timesheet reports, preparing drafts, and finalizing client invoices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring a solid background in financial management tailored specifically to the built environment. We are looking for candidates who possess at least three years of dedicated accounting experience. Hands-on proficiency with Sage is an absolute must, alongside proven expertise in handling AIA billing. Experience with Procore is strongly preferred, and having top-notch communication skills will ensure you connect effortlessly with our international team members.
