Key Responsibilities

You will sit at the crossroads of finance and technology, keeping our billing platform running at peak performance. Your main duties will involve setting up and maintaining the Zuora product catalogue, orders, charge models, and payment gateways. You will also design templates for invoices, credit memos, and customer communications. Collaborating with our Zuora Administrator is a big part of the job as you support system enhancements and automation efforts. By working alongside internal teams, you will help translate business needs into flawless system configurations while ensuring accuracy and strict compliance.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you bring a solid background in finance systems configuration, specifically with platforms like Zuora. You possess a sharp eye for detail, meaning nothing slips past you when managing product catalogues and charge models. Problem solving is second nature to you, and you enjoy untangling tricky workflow puzzles. Strong communication skills are a must since you will partner with various internal stakeholders daily. Experience supporting new product launches and process improvements in a fast paced tech environment will put you way ahead of the curve.
