Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and scale high-impact initiatives that foster a thriving and inclusive global community.
Coordinate between internal Canonical groups and external community participants to streamline workflows.
Empower community leaders and contributors by ensuring efficient processes and clear communication channels.
Remove blockers and facilitate collaboration so ambitious open source visions become reality.
Represent the voice of the community internally and advocate for developer needs across various projects.

Requirements

Strong technical proficiency combined with a genuine passion for open source software and the Ubuntu ecosystem.
Proven experience in community management, developer relations, or a related technical advocacy role.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse global audiences.
