Overview
Have you ever wanted to bridge the gap between frustrated users and the engineers who can actually fix their problems? At NearSource Technologies, we are looking for a Community and Customer Feedback Operations Specialist to join our team on a T4 contract basis. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across Canada, giving you the freedom to work from wherever you feel most inspired. You will be the crucial voice connecting a massive Fortune 500 enterprise software organization with the people who use their products every single day. If you love digging into user feedback, organizing chaotic data, and making sure customer voices actually drive product strategy, this gig is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our central Ideas Forum as a strategic Voice of Customer channel by reviewing, responding to, and updating customer submitted ideas on a regular schedule.
- Triage and evaluate incoming feedback to figure out relevance, product scope, duplicates, and implementation status while separating out general support tickets.
- Chat directly with users to gather extra context, workflows, screenshots, and details when their submissions need a bit more clarity.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate raw customer sentiments into polished, actionable recommendations.
- Drive community engagement initiatives that keep power users excited, involved, and willing to share constructive product feedback.
Requirements
- At least four years of professional experience handling community management, customer feedback operations, or user research programs.
- Demonstrated background working within the enterprise software sector or supporting complex SaaS products.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that let you talk easily with everyday users and high-level product managers alike.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize massive amounts of customer feedback into clear, prioritized insights.
- Comfort working independently in a 100 percent remote environment while juggling multiple stakeholders across different time zones.
What You'll Gain
- An attractive hourly rate between CAD 55 and 62 per hour depending on your exact background.
- The chance to directly influence the product roadmap of a major Fortune 500 enterprise software giant.
- Complete location independence with a fully remote work model designed around flexibility and trust.
- Valuable collaboration experience alongside top-tier product, engineering, and customer success leaders.
