Overview

Think Academy US is a proud subsidiary of TAL Education Group, serving millions of students globally. We need an energetic part-time specialist for a six-month engagement, working 30 hours per week remotely. You will earn between $20 and $28 per hour based on your prior experience, with a real possibility of contract extension if you crush your goals.

Key Responsibilities

Craft and share deeply helpful, credible content across Reddit and Quora that naturally highlights Think Academy's educational resources.
Monitor relevant online discussions, spotting trends and jumping into conversations where parents are seeking math and STEM solutions.
Build positive brand sentiment by engaging authentically with community members, answering questions, and providing real value.
Collaborate with our internal marketing teams to align community insights with broader campaign goals.
Track organic growth metrics, engagement rates, and referral traffic stemming from your community outreach efforts.

Requirements

Proven experience in community management, content creation, or growth marketing, specifically on Reddit.
A strong grasp of online etiquette, user intent, and how to write content that feels 100 percent human and helpful rather than corporate and salesy.
Fantastic written communication skills with the ability to explain complex educational concepts simply and engagingly.
Self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a fully remote environment.
