Key Responsibilities

Create and execute comprehensive communication strategies for both internal and external stakeholders.
Design compelling visuals for company-wide announcements utilizing tools like Canva and other graphic design applications.
Develop internal communication plans, newsletters, and engaging content for email and intranet channels.
Manage, curate, and moderate the company website and official social media handles.
Monitor and report on social media analytics and engagement metrics to optimize our digital footprint.
Collaborate with Regional Training Managers to support recruitment drives through targeted digital campaigns.
Ensure a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints while staying abreast of industry trends in internal communications.

Job Requirements and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in internal communications, social media management, or digital marketing.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (such as Canva) and social media management platforms (like Hootsuite or Sprout Social).
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to drive employee engagement and brand awareness.
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
