In this role, you will act as the operational backbone for our producers and account managers, keeping everything running smoothly so we can deliver exceptional results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Support Account Managers, Producers, and internal staff to ensure all client expectations and professional standards are consistently met.
Process policy changes with high accuracy, verifying consistency and properly documenting every detail within Applied Epic.
Build lasting, personalized relationships with clients through phone calls, emails, and occasional meetings.
Leverage your insurance knowledge to provide hands-on account management and ensure operational success across the board.
Maintain exceptional organization and composure while juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.

Requirements

Solid background in commercial lines insurance and familiarity with agency management systems like Applied Epic.
Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
Exceptional communication abilities to connect effectively with clients and internal team members.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
