We are on the lookout for an exceptional Commercial Labeling Project Manager to join a long-term contract engagement. This is a fully remote position, open to talented individuals across the globe. You will be instrumental in managing the entire lifecycle of commercial labeling projects, ensuring timely execution and strict adherence to regulatory standards within a dynamic pharmaceutical landscape. Key Responsibilities

In this vital role, your day-to-day will involve a variety of critical tasks, ensuring the seamless flow of labeling operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

Expertly managing commercial labeling projects from their initial concept all the way through to final approval.
Skillfully coordinating artwork review cycles, meticulously proofing revisions, and securing final approvals alongside diverse cross-functional teams.
Efficiently routing and managing labeling workflows, primarily utilizing Veeva Vault or comparable document management systems.
Building strong partnerships with essential internal departments like Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Packaging, and Manufacturing, as well as collaborating with external print vendors.
Diligently reviewing artwork proofs and conducting thorough, detailed assessments to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

To truly excel in this position, you should bring a robust skill set and proven experience. We are looking for candidates with:

Demonstrated experience in commercial labeling, regulatory operations, artwork management, or packaging operations within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Hands-on proficiency with Veeva Vault or a similar sophisticated document management system.
A keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams and external partners.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
