We are searching for a Collaborative L&D Specialist to join our close knit team at Laminar Projects. In this role, you will take full ownership of the learning journey from discovery to delivery. Key Responsibilities

You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our international team develops and grows. On any given week, you can expect to tackle projects like these

Partner with team leads across different departments to uncover real skill gaps rather than just accepting surface level requests
Challenge initial training briefs thoughtfully to ensure we solve the root problem instead of creating unnecessary slide decks
Design, prototype, and deliver engaging learning modules, workshops, and self directed resources
Measure the practical results of learning initiatives and iterate continuously based on feedback from participants
Champion a culture of self driven continuous learning where knowledge sharing happens naturally every day

Requirements

Hands on experience designing and running high impact learning programs within modern, fast paced businesses
A strong consulting mindset with the confidence to ask tough questions and guide stakeholders toward better outcomes
Deep empathy for learners, combined with the creativity to make complex topics simple and enjoyable to master
Self motivation and the ability to work independently across multiple global time zones
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
A genuine passion for staying curious and improving your own craft alongside helping others grow
