Overview

As a key player in our EMEA construction sales team, you will own strategic opportunities and guide customers through their digital transformation journeys. Working hand in hand with account representatives and channel partners, you will sell the Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio, connecting office, trailer, and field teams across every stage of the building lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Drive complex, high value sales cycles for Autodesk Construction Solutions and Forma products across the Italian market.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders at leading general contractors and subcontractors.
Partner closely with account teams and channel partners to uncover net new business and expand existing accounts.
Focus on selling business outcomes rather than just technical features.
Manage your territory with high autonomy while maintaining strong visibility on pipeline growth.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS or cloud sales, particularly within the architecture, engineering, construction, or owner industries. You should excel at executive level communication, possess deep knowledge of complex sales methodologies, and speak fluent Italian and professional English. This position is fully remote within Italy, though you can use our Milan office whenever you prefer.
