Position Type: Full time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate provisioning and configuration.
- Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure the highest standards of security, compliance, and governance across all AWS environments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate application workloads seamlessly into the cloud platform.
- Perform proactive troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis for production issues.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and strategy for future cloud platform evolution.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage costs effectively.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, with a strong focus on Amazon Web Services.
- Demonstrated expertise across a broad range of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda, IAM, ECS/EKS, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation/Terraform.
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure as code solutions.
- Solid background in automation scripting using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts in a cloud environment, including VPCs, subnets, routing, and security groups.
- Proven ability to implement and maintain robust security measures within AWS.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent problem solving skills, with an analytical and methodical approach to complex challenges.
