micro1 is looking for skilled Clinicians specializing in Oncology and Hematology to join a pivotal project. This is a contractor role, fully remote and open to experts worldwide, where your deep clinical knowledge will be instrumental in advancing AI in healthcare. You won't need prior AI experience; your expertise in oncology and hematology is precisely what we're looking for to guide these cutting-edge systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and review evaluation tasks that demand sharp clinical insight. This involves working with Clinical Study Reports, periodic safety documents, and regulatory correspondence related to oncology and hematology.
Evaluate the clinical robustness of efficacy and safety conclusions. Make sure endpoints and effect sizes truly reflect significant clinical impact.
Exercise advanced judgment in areas such as dose escalation protocols, dose-limiting toxicity, treatment modifications, adverse event grading and attribution, and the overall coherence of patient stories.
Critically assess benefit-risk reasoning. Scrutinize the long-term viability of conclusions when new events arise and evaluate the practicality of proposed management strategies.
Pinpoint and flag any content that lacks clinical accuracy or relevance.
