In this pivotal, fully remote position, you will be instrumental in overseeing the meticulous planning, seamless execution, and successful completion of clinical trials. You will ensure every project adheres strictly to timelines, budgets, and all essential regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all facets of assigned clinical trials, ensuring they meet established timelines, budget constraints, and rigorous quality standards.
Collaborate closely with diverse cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust clinical trial protocols and operational procedures.
Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with trial sites, investigators, and external vendors.
Provide strategic guidance and expert oversight to drive the successful delivery of clinical trial outcomes.
Monitor trial progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure all trial activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, ICH GCP, and company SOPs.
Manage trial budgets, resources, and vendor performance efficiently.
Facilitate effective communication and information flow among all study stakeholders.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment (for Senior roles).

Requirements

Proven experience in clinical trial management, ideally within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.
A strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH GCP), and drug development phases.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, capable of building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, multiple priorities, and tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems and related software.
Bachelor's degree in a life science, health-related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Advanced degree preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, global team environment.
