Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Study Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of the successful operational delivery of our clinical studies from initial startup all the way through final close-out. You will collaborate seamlessly with sponsors, multidisciplinary project teams, and clinical sites to drive efficient execution while upholding our unwavering commitment to quality, compliance, and scientific rigor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive study startup planning and manage site onboarding from the ground up.
- Provide thorough training and ongoing operational oversight to ensure all studies stay strictly on schedule.
- Maintain rigorous compliance standards and adhere to the highest industry quality measures.
- Partner closely with external sponsors and internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks quickly.
Requirements
- Proven professional background in managing clinical study operations within the life sciences or healthcare sector.
- Strong familiarity with regulatory requirements, clinical trial lifecycles, and site management.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across global, distributed teams.
