Overview
As our Clinical Review Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication use for our members. You will review prior authorizations, evaluate clinical guidelines, and collaborate closely with our care teams to support smart drug utilization. Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate prior authorization requests against evidence-based clinical guidelines and client plan designs.
- Communicate professionally with physicians, patients, and pharmacies regarding coverage determinations and alternative therapies.

- Participate in clinical committee discussions and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing.
