Key Responsibilities

You will conduct one on one telehealth consultations or onsite sessions depending on location, providing expert coaching, counselling, or general advice. You will also lead Critical Incident Stress Programmes and deliver engaging webinars and in person seminars as needed. Your focus stays entirely on the client because we take care of the heavy lifting behind the scenes.

Requirements

You need a valid professional credential as a coach, counsellor, or psychologist based in or familiar with the Broome and broader Australian landscape. A passion for modern digital mental health and a strong internet connection for seamless telehealth delivery are essential. Experience managing your own caseload or working within supportive multidisciplinary environments helps you hit the ground running.
