Overview

As a Clinical Project Manager II, you will own the operational strategy behind our clinical trials. Your primary goal is finding the most cost effective and efficient ways to run projects successfully. You will balance budgets, timelines, and quality while keeping customer satisfaction front and center. By fostering collaboration across departments, you ensure every phase of the project lifecycle runs smoothly from kickoff to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Drive project performance proactively toward contracted deliverables while upholding operational excellence.
Build strong partnerships with customers and act as the main point of contact for project execution.
Manage end to end project lifecycles encompassing scope, timelines, risk management, and financial budgets.
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to foster a culture of innovation and high performance.

Requirements

At least two years of global project management experience within the clinical research industry.
Prior experience managing Phase I clinical trials is strongly preferred.
Candidates must be based in the United States.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, scope creep, and risk mitigation strategies.
Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of cultivating strong client relationships.
