Mercor is hiring remote clinical pharmacists for an exciting contract role paying up to one hundred and twenty dollars per hour. This is a fully remote and worldwide opportunity allowing you to work from anywhere while partnering with elite teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirming interaction dosing or contraindication findings against the full patient medication list and chart
- Catching missed interactions stale patient data and monograph guidance superseded by newer special alerts
- Judging the completeness of the clinical picture to ensure all active meds labs and comorbidities are considered
- Distinguishing permitted choices from appropriate ones and flagging poor drug decisions for specific patients
- Verifying that clinical conclusions are carried through with order updates prescriber notifications and documentation
Requirements
- Frequent Lexidrug or Lexicomp use on a weekly or more frequent basis in your current or recent role
- Two or more years of professional pharmacy experience with an inpatient or hospital setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with reflexive use of Interactions and Trissels
