Key Responsibilities
- Manage clinician schedules, profiles, availability, and service areas inside the CareLink platform.
- Coordinate day-to-day scheduling and logistics operations across New Jersey.
- Optimize clinician travel routes using geography, provider availability, and shifting operational priorities.
- Identify and resolve scheduling errors, prevent overbooking, eliminate unused capacity, and fill coverage gaps quickly.
- Handle real-time schedule changes so that our field teams operate efficiently and patients get timely care.
Requirements
- Proven experience in scheduling, logistics coordination, or operations management, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Strong familiarity with geographic routing and scheduling software tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to sudden changes on the fly.
- Clear communication skills and a passion for supporting field-based medical professionals.
