As a Clinical Applications Specialist for Maternal Infant Care (MIC) within our national team, you will become a vital link between our innovative products and the clinicians who use them. This is a fully remote position, open to talented individuals across the globe, allowing you to contribute significantly to improving healthcare outcomes from wherever you are. You will provide essential clinical and operational expertise, delivering top-tier education and training for our MIC product portfolio. Your work supports clinical end-users, facilitates evidence-based practice, and provides critical assistance to both customer experience and commercial teams, from initial pre-sale discussions all the way through successful post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate deep product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and overall competence specifically within the Maternal Infant Care modality.
- Bridge theoretical medical knowledge with practical product information, equipping clinicians with the insights and abilities needed to achieve optimal performance from their GE HealthCare equipment.
- Conduct pre-sale clinical evaluations of products, demonstrating their capabilities and benefits to prospective clients.
- Design and deliver comprehensive, outcome-based education and training solutions tailored to the diverse needs of clinical end-users.
- Provide ongoing clinical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction with our MIC solutions.
- Collaborate closely with commercial and customer experience teams, offering clinical insights that support sales cycles, product adoption, and long-term customer relationships.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of training materials, clinical best practices, and product documentation.
- Stay current with industry trends, clinical advancements, and competitor offerings within maternal and infant care.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, fostering strong, collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- A clinical background, such as a Registered Nurse (RN), Sonographer, or similar healthcare professional, with experience in Labor & Delivery, Obstetrics, or Neonatal Intensive Care.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging, effective educational programs and training sessions for adult learners.
- Strong aptitude for learning and mastering complex medical technology and software applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining intricate concepts clearly and persuasively.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to excellent customer service.
