Overview
At Periscope, we rely on our Client Services Specialist to act as the primary administrative backbone of our department. You will facilitate smooth operations by tackling a wide variety of clerical tasks. This remote position is essential for maintaining workflow excellence across our entire assessment process. Please note that while this role is remote, applicants must currently reside in Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Nevada, or Virginia. We are offering an hourly pay rate between $23 and $25, with extra incentive pay available if you are bilingual in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily workflow functions for requests and assessments
- Managing and updating administrative databases to distribute vital information accurately
- Assisting health plan partners and clients with their service requests
- Handling scheduling duties and supporting senior reviewers and clinical consultants
Requirements
- Must reside in Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Nevada, or Virginia
- Available to work a mid-shift schedule from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM EST
- Flexibility to work a rotating weekend schedule and some holidays as needed
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred and come with incentive pay
