Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage extensive, complex enterprise-level projects, often involving numerous teams or requiring external integration.
Represent Unisys to senior client management, fostering mutual understanding and collaboration for product optimization and business success.
Identify and develop new program and project opportunities that could significantly impact the entire company.
Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initiation and risk assessment to team startup, execution, and post-project review.
Champion and lead process improvement initiatives for project and program management, driving enhancements based on lessons learned and cutting-edge techniques.
Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Program and Project Management practices.
Act as a trusted advisor, sought out by executives for leadership or guidance on critical projects.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree with at least eight years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional background.
A Master's degree is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, complex enterprise projects successfully.
Proven experience in client-facing roles, engaging with senior management.
Strong understanding of project initiation, risk management, and project lifecycle methodologies.
