This is a worldwide, fully remote opportunity where you get to work alongside our claims managers to drive operational excellence. You will balance technical claim handling with team leadership, making sure our adjusting staff has the guidance they need to succeed. We rely heavily on data and modern tools to reduce manual bottlenecks, so your knack for leveraging analytics will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and mentor a talented team of commercial transportation and APD adjusting professionals.
Provide technical guidance on complex trucking claims to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
Partner with management to streamline workflows and improve overall operational effectiveness.
Integrate cutting-edge AI and automation tools into daily claims processing tasks.
Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to boost productivity and service quality.

Requirements

Proven experience handling commercial transportation and trucking APD claims.
Prior leadership or supervisory background in a claims environment.
Strong familiarity with insurance technology, data analytics, and digital claim platforms.
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for coaching others.
