Key Responsibilities

You will spend your time designing realistic public sector scenarios and crafting complex civic tasks that test the limits of modern artificial intelligence. Your day to day work involves building challenges centered on large scale budget appropriations, multi agency coordination, regulatory reviews, constituent services, and intergovernmental relations. You will also develop scenarios leveraging government ERP platforms, GIS systems, and CRM tools while applying rigorous public administration frameworks like cost benefit analysis and stakeholder engagement models. Finally, you will write detailed evaluation rubrics that help distinguish authentic public sector judgment from generic bureaucratic recall.

Requirements

To thrive in this position, you need at least five years of senior level experience working within a federal, state, or large municipal government setting. You should possess a deep, intuitive understanding of public policy analysis, regulatory compliance, and public communications. Familiarity with government case management systems, public records platforms, and civic technology tools is also essential for success in this role.
