Overview

As a Chiplet Physical Design Engineer on our team, you will take ownership of high-profile programs centered around designing and integrating multiple chiplets into a single System-in-Package. You will work alongside brilliant minds to tackle complex challenges in power, performance, and area optimization. Whether you are scaling up high-speed CPU core designs or fine-tuning advanced nodes, your contributions will directly impact world-class AI platforms used globally.

Key Responsibilities

Own critical aspects of synthesis, place, and route for high-speed CPU core designs.
Drive performance, power, and area optimization across advanced semiconductor nodes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional global teams and external partners on complex chiplet integration.
Debug and resolve physical verification issues to ensure smooth tape-outs.
Participate in architectural discussions and help define physical design methodologies for future silicon generations.

Requirements
