Overview

This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity reporting directly to our CEO. As our Chief Technology Officer, you will steer our entire engineering vision, architecture, and execution. You get to build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering organization that spans the globe while keeping our technology aligned with our deep-rooted purpose of driving social good.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a robust technology strategy that supports rapid company growth and massive transaction scale.
Lead, scale, and inspire a talented, globally distributed engineering team.
Oversee modern software architecture, infrastructure reliability, data security, and product delivery.
Partner closely with product, design, and executive leadership to translate company goals into technical milestones.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high accountability across all engineering departments.

Requirements

We need a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of scaling engineering organizations at high-growth SaaS companies. You should possess deep expertise in modern cloud architectures, scalable web applications, and distributed team management. Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for mission-driven work are absolute musts for this position.
