Overview

This is a fully remote position with no geographic boundaries. You will work alongside more than twenty nationalities spread across the globe, collaborating asynchronously and synchronously to drive our strategic initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic proxy and trusted advisor to executive leadership, ensuring high-priority initiatives across AI neobank products move forward without bottlenecks.
Coordinate cross-functional execution spanning product development, regional market launches, and engineering teams.
Identify operational friction points and design scalable solutions that keep our remote organization lean and agile.
Synthesize complex market data and internal metrics to guide fast, high-impact decision making.
Lead high-visibility special projects that directly support our overarching mission to help people get more from their money.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience operating in a high-growth startup, top-tier consulting, or fast-paced executive support environment.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and business teams effortlessly.
An obsessive drive for problem-solving and a natural inclination to challenge the status quo.
Comfort with ambiguity, rapidly changing priorities, and fully remote asynchronous workflows.
A deep passion for fintech, AI products, and financial inclusion.
