Key Responsibilities
- Formulate cross-functional strategic projects and own their execution from start to finish.
- Serve as a strategic sounding board and operational right hand to the CEO.
- Streamline how the leadership team operates, making decisions faster and execution smoother.
- Manage critical communications and alignment across internal teams, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Jump into high-priority, ambiguous challenges and turn them into structured, actionable wins.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a high-growth environment, management consulting, venture capital, or a similar strategic function.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas instantly.
- A bias for action and an innate comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced pivots.
- Deep curiosity about the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets.
- Top-tier organizational skills and project management discipline.
