Key Responsibilities

Formulate cross-functional strategic projects and own their execution from start to finish.
Serve as a strategic sounding board and operational right hand to the CEO.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in a high-growth environment, management consulting, venture capital, or a similar strategic function.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas instantly.
A bias for action and an innate comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced pivots.
Deep curiosity about the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets.
