This is not your typical behind-the-scenes support role. You will act as a trusted advisor, a connective tissue across departments, and a strategic sounding board for leadership. Best of all? You can do this from anywhere in the world because this position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with the GM and COO to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional projects.
Prepare executive-level presentations, briefing documents, and data-driven reports for board meetings and leadership syncs.
Track progress on key company goals and step in to unblock bottlenecks before they slow down the team.
Run point on high-priority, ad-hoc projects that do not neatly fit into one department but require immediate, rigorous attention.
Cultivate strong relationships with leaders across product, engineering, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment.

Requirements

Several years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, operations, or a fast-paced corporate strategy role.
Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills, allowing you to build trust quickly with executives and team members alike.
A knack for structuring messy problems and turning them into clear, actionable plans.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where ambiguity is the norm and adaptability is required.
Strong quantitative skills and the ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
