Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with executive leadership to strategize and execute the AI Neobank expansion across multiple regional markets.
Manage high-impact cross-functional projects spanning product development, operations, and team growth.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to keep our global teams moving fast.
Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between different departments to ensure alignment on company goals.
Track progress, analyze performance metrics, and drive initiatives that directly support our mission of smarter financial planning.

Requirements

Proven experience operating in a high-growth startup environment, preferably in tech, fintech, or consulting.
