Imagine being at the heart of an organization that's already moved over a billion dollars directly into the hands of those who need it most, truly transforming lives. This isn't just another job; it's an invitation to shape how critical cash assistance reaches vulnerable populations faster and more effectively worldwide. We're looking for a sharp, empathetic leader to step in as our Chief of Staff for Emergency Cash, bringing your operational wizardry to an incredibly impactful mission.

Overview

We thrive on candid discussion, analytical thinking, and a non-hierarchical structure, empowering high ownership and fostering genuine professional growth. If our values resonate with your own, you could be the perfect fit. Please note, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visas in the U.S. or U.K. at this time.
