From this core belief, we built Southeast Asia's first mobile-first insurance platform, quickly becoming the region's leader and making insurance truly accessible online for millions. Today, our mission is broadening. We are expanding to help people with an even wider array of financial needs, including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and traveling, all under the umbrella of our new AI Neobank initiative. This Chief of Staff role is absolutely crucial in driving Bjak's ambitious AI Neobank expansion. You will be instrumental in translating strategic vision into operational reality across products, markets, and our diverse, global teams. We are a passionate group, working from around the world, spanning over 20 nationalities, united by our love for building next-generation products. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership to define, refine, and execute the strategic roadmap for Bjak's AI Neobank expansion.
- Lead critical cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across product development, engineering, marketing, and operations.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and proactively developing mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
- Drive operational efficiency and improvement across teams, helping to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the leadership team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for key decisions.
- Prepare and synthesize key reports, presentations, and communications for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Champion Bjak's mission and culture internally, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment across our global remote teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a strategic, operational, or Chief of Staff role within a fast-paced technology or fintech company.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive initiatives from conception through successful completion.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of dissecting complex issues and proposing actionable solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- A deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies, preferably within fintech or a similar domain.
- Experience working with globally distributed, remote teams is a significant plus.
- Passion for building innovative, customer-centric financial products and a genuine excitement for Bjak's mission.
