Overview

Reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will serve as a vital member of our executive leadership team. You will spearhead CrossFit's global finance organization, collaborating closely with leaders across all business units. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of CrossFit's global finance organization, including financial planning, analysis, reporting, and accounting.
Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing critical financial insights and recommendations to guide business decisions.
Develop and implement financial strategies that support innovation, drive revenue growth, and enhance profitability across all business segments.
Oversee capital allocation strategies, ensuring optimal investment decisions that maximize long-term shareholder value.
Drive operational efficiency and cost management initiatives throughout the organization.
Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Partner with business leaders to strengthen the CrossFit affiliate ecosystem and explore new avenues for expansion and engagement.

Requirements

Significant executive finance leadership experience, including direct responsibility for large, complex P&Ls.
Proven track record as a CFO or a senior finance executive within high-growth, transformation-focused environments.
Demonstrated experience in a private equity backed company, with a clear history of driving value creation.
A successful history of guiding organizations through significant periods of change, transformation, and accelerated growth.
Deep expertise in strategic financial planning, effective capital allocation, and practical operational finance.
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across a global organization.
