Key Responsibilities

Preparing accurate financial statements, comprehensive business plans, and detailed budget reports.
Collaborating with auditors while swiftly resolving any financial irregularities that pop up.
Advising leadership on smart tax planning and managing the filing of all necessary tax returns.
Overseeing day-to-day accounting processes and improving internal financial systems.
Ensuring total compliance with UK financial regulations and standards.
Creating and presenting monthly financial reports to guide executive decision-making.
Reviewing company systems and proactively analyzing potential financial risks.
Providing expert financial advice and working to detect and prevent fraud.
Producing clear reports and actionable recommendations following internal audits.
Handling financial planning, forecasting, and Corporation Tax computations alongside Company Tax Returns.

Requirements

Must hold a recognized Chartered Accountant designation.
Strong background in general accountancy, auditing, and corporate tax compliance.
Proven experience working with UK tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyze risk and safeguard company assets.
Great communication skills for collaborating across international teams.
