This is a fully remote position welcoming talent from anywhere in the world. You will work closely with our dedicated Chargeback Investigations team to refine dispute strategies and ensure data integrity across the board. Every single day brings new patterns to uncover and fresh ways to protect billions of dollars in ecommerce transactions. Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex chargeback datasets to pinpoint underlying fraud trends and shifting criminal behaviors.
Monitor dispute outcomes and refine recovery strategies to maximize win rates for our merchant partners.
Collaborate cross functionally with product and engineering teams to improve our automated risk detection models.
Maintain strict data integrity standards while reviewing financial transactions and operational logs.
Deliver actionable insights through clear reports that help leadership make smart risk management decisions.

Requirements

Strong background in data analysis, financial auditing, or ecommerce risk management.
Proficiency in querying tools and data visualization platforms to extract meaningful stories from raw data.
Exceptional attention to detail with a natural curiosity for finding hidden patterns in numbers.
Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to both technical and non technical team members.
Fluency in English alongside a proactive, independent work ethic suited for a remote environment.
