Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and new business acquisition strategies to hit financial targets and rapidly expand the partner base in Thailand.
Collaborate closely with the broader sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach that elevates the brand and maximizes daily productivity.
Communicate value propositions effectively to clients and partners, leveraging competitive advantages like ultra tight gold spreads, lucrative rebate structures, advanced copy trading tools, and instant registration capabilities.
Build long lasting relationships with introducing brokers and institutional clients by utilizing dedicated fund support and unique loyalty programs.

Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or management within the Forex and CFD brokerage industry.
Deep understanding of the Thai financial market, local trader behaviors, and introducing broker networks.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
A results driven mindset with a strong passion for financial markets and exceeding aggressive revenue goals.
