Key Responsibilities

As a strong operator within the CEO Office, you will be instrumental in turning the CEO's strategic priorities into concrete execution across multiple critical areas. Your work will directly fuel the expansion of Doit's innovative AI Neobank app.

Translate the CEO's vision and strategic goals into actionable execution plans across various departments.
Drive product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market needs.
Lead and support hiring efforts to scale our teams with top talent, particularly for the AI Neobank app.
Navigate and manage licensing and regulatory processes to ensure compliance and enable market entry.
