Overview

Clinical trials move quickly, and ensuring patient data remains reliable requires sharp eyes and clever analytics. Indero is seeking a Central Monitor to help steer data oversight across diverse clinical trials. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where you will work from anywhere while collaborating with an international network of researchers. In this position, you will examine clinical study data from initiation all the way to final database lock, spotting hidden trends and catching risks before they escalate.

Key Responsibilities

Review accumulating operational and subject data remotely to spot unusual variability, outliers, and emerging quality trends.
Execute centralized monitoring plans diligently while collaborating alongside senior team members.
Flag potential systematic errors and site performance discrepancies across study, country, and site levels.
Document identified risks clearly and help study teams prioritize corrective actions.
Communicate critical findings proactively to operational leaders and clinical project managers to keep research aligned with quality standards.

Requirements

A strong foundation in life sciences, clinical research, biostatistics, or an equivalent discipline.
Practical exposure to risk-based monitoring concepts, centralized data review, and clinical data structures.
A curious and analytical mindset that enjoys finding anomalies within complex datasets.
Clear verbal and written communication skills to articulate statistical findings across multidisciplinary teams.
High self-direction and comfort working independently in a digital, remote team environment.
