Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with clients to gather business and technical requirements.
Design scalable CCaaS solutions using Architect and Visio, covering routing and digital channels.
Develop engaging IVR and bot workflows.
Define robust technical integration strategies using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
Configure core CCaaS components like routing, queues, skills, wrap codes, and user profiles.
Build and optimize innovative solutions to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in CCaaS solution design and implementation.
Strong working knowledge of IVR, bot workflows, and digital channels.
Familiarity with technical integrations including REST APIs and webhooks.
Ability to translate complex client requirements into scalable technical architectures.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with global teams and clients.
