Overview

We are searching for a Cashmere Lab Testing and Quality Leader to take ownership of our material standards. In this fully remote role based anywhere in the world, you will serve as our internal textile expert. You will ensure every single cashmere garment we ship meets uncompromising standards of softness, durability, and luxury before it reaches our customers. Your hands on technical knowledge will directly protect our reputation for exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all laboratory testing protocols for raw cashmere fibers, yarn, and finished knitwear products.
Partner closely with our global manufacturing partners to troubleshoot technical defects and improve production yields.
Establish clear quality assurance benchmarks and grading systems for pilling, weight, fiber length, and colorfastness.
Review third party lab test reports and conduct internal audits to guarantee compliance with international textile standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing customer feedback and return data related to fabric performance.

Requirements

At least 4 years of hands on experience in textile engineering, fiber science, or apparel quality assurance with a heavy focus on cashmere and fine animal fibers.
Deep working knowledge of standard laboratory testing methods and equipment used in the knitwear industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to guide factory partners constructively and clearly.
Comfort working autonomously in a fast paced remote environment across multiple time zones.
A genuine passion for sustainable fashion and disrupting traditional retail models.
