The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Construct and assemble bespoke furniture pieces based on approved designs and technical drawings.
- Interpret complex measurements and drawings to ensure accuracy.
- Cut, shape, and finish wood and related materials to meet luxury standards.
- Operate various woodworking machinery and precision hand tools safely.
- Install specialized fittings, veneers, laminates, and decorative finishes.
- Perform repairs and modifications on high-end furniture units.
- Maintain workshop equipment and ensure a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in carpentry.
- Mandatory: Previous experience working within a luxury furniture manufacturing environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hardwoods, veneers, laminates, and premium finishing techniques.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural specifications.
