As our Business Unit Head for the AI Payments App, you will operate as the ultimate entrepreneur inside our global organization. You take absolute ownership of the business lifecycle from day one. This fully remote, worldwide opportunity empowers you to build your dream team, shape the product roadmap, and drive aggressive growth without geographic constraints. You will collaborate with more than twenty nationalities of passionate peers who care deeply about financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete profit and loss statement, financial performance, and commercial success of the business unit.
Drive product strategy, defining how artificial intelligence integrates seamlessly into everyday payment behaviors.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high performing cross functional team spanning product, engineering, and operations.
Establish go to market strategies that rapidly acquire users and establish market dominance in Southeast Asia.
Iterate constantly based on user feedback and data analytics to keep the product miles ahead of traditional competitors.

Requirements

We are looking for exceptional leaders who measure success in impact rather than office hours. You should bring a proven track record of scaling consumer fintech or payments products from the ground up. Deep familiarity with artificial intelligence applications in finance is a massive plus. Exceptional strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset is non negotiable. You must be comfortable leading remote teams across multiple time zones with clarity, empathy, and high standards.
