Overview

In this role, you will take ownership of our entire Order to Cash lifecycle. You will work closely with finance, sales operations, and IT teams to optimize processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement automation. Your goal is to ensure our revenue operations run as smoothly as our software.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing Order to Cash workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for automation.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and deploy scalable financial processes.
Manage end to end project lifecycles for billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition improvements.
Define key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness and financial health.
Act as the primary bridge between finance and technical implementation teams.
