We are building a proactive smart assistant designed to handle real world workflows, persistent context, and multi step reasoning with very little prompting required from you. Our goal is to shave off about ninety percent of the time you spend on daily chores. As our Business Operations Manager for Strategic Projects, you will sit right at the center of this mission. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where you will tackle our most complex challenges alongside leadership, keeping our high impact initiatives moving forward seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

You will wear many hats here, but your main focus will be driving high priority initiatives that directly shape our future. You will collaborate closely with our core teams spanning engineering, product development, hiring, operations, and business development. Whenever a new roadblock appears or a capability needs to be built from scratch, you will step in to architect the solution. You will partner directly with executives to untangle tricky business puzzles and ensure flawless execution across the board.

Requirements

We need someone who learns at lightning speed and dives deep into complex problem spaces. You should thrive in a fast moving environment where things change quickly and ambiguity is the norm. Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a natural bias toward action will make you successful here. While a specific background is less important than your raw capability, having a proven track record of managing cross functional projects or scaling operations in a high growth tech setting will definitely give you an edge.
