Overview

As our Business Intelligence Lead, you will sit at the heart of our operations, shaping how we understand and present critical information. This fully remote, worldwide opportunity means you'll be instrumental in designing, delivering, and robustly supporting sophisticated reporting and analytics solutions for both our internal teams and a diverse portfolio of external clients. You'll work incredibly closely with clients, project teams, solution architects, and technical specialists, leading the entire lifecycle of reporting workstreams. This includes everything from initial requirements gathering and elegant solution design, through to seamless implementation, ensuring strong user adoption, and championing continuous improvement. This pivotal role truly blends deep technical knowledge with exceptional stakeholder engagement, a consultative approach, and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle delivery of business intelligence and reporting workstreams, from initial concept to successful deployment and ongoing refinement.
Collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders and external clients to meticulously gather requirements and translate them into effective, data-driven solutions.
Design, develop, and implement robust reporting and analytics platforms that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Partner with solution architects and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of BI solutions.
Champion best practices in data governance, data quality, and reporting accuracy across all projects.
Drive user adoption of new reporting tools and dashboards through clear communication, training, and ongoing support.
Continuously evaluate and enhance existing BI solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Act as a subject matter expert in business intelligence, providing guidance and mentorship to team members as needed.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in a Business Intelligence Lead or Senior BI Analyst role, with a strong portfolio of successful BI project deliveries.
Proficiency with leading BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense) and advanced SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including client engagement and presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience leading project workstreams, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality outputs.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for a collaborative, remote environment.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience within regulated industries (e.g., financial services, utilities) is highly advantageous.
