Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous sales growth and expand the medical and aesthetic customer base within your assigned geographic territory.
• Manage key corporate accounts strategically to maximize professional skincare treatments and sell-thru opportunities.
• Educate skincare professionals on the distinct benefits and science behind PCA SKIN and EltaMD.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute targeted outreach plans to capture market share.
• Partner with internal teams to align on growth strategies and share valuable field insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the skincare, medical, or aesthetic industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building trust and rapport with healthcare and aesthetic professionals.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage your time and territory effectively from a remote setup.
