Overview

As a Business Development Representative focusing on the Dutch region, you will act as the crucial first point of contact for prospective enterprise clients. Your primary mission is to spark engaging conversations, uncover potential business needs, and introduce decision makers to the power of the Algolia platform. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to build robust pipelines and drive continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective clients across the Dutch market through targeted emails, social selling, and phone calls.
Educate enterprise audiences on the unique value of our AI search and product discovery solutions.
Qualify inbound leads and set up high value introductory meetings for the account executive team.
Manage your daily outreach pipeline meticulously using modern CRM tools.
Partner with marketing to brainstorm creative strategies for regional territory penetration.

Requirements

Native or bilingual fluency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a customer facing role is strongly preferred.
A genuine curiosity about technology, APIs, and the software development landscape.
Strong verbal and written communication skills that naturally build rapport.
Self motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast paced global environment.
