About the Role

As the Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of the company's growth within Nigeria's Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and promoting high-impact solutions, including Fuel Gas Conditioning, Process Packages, Early Production Facilities, and Gas Processing systems.

What You Will Do

Strategic Growth: Define and execute business development plans to expand market share for Process Systems.
Relationship Management: Leverage your network to foster long-term partnerships with operators, EPC contractors, and major industry stakeholders.
Project Lifecycle Management: Spearhead the entire sales cycle, from the initial identification of opportunities through to final contract negotiations and award.
Solution Promotion: Act as the primary ambassador for Hobark’s technical offerings, including modular systems and water treatment packages.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a professional who combines technical knowledge with sharp commercial acumen. You should possess:

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (an MBA is considered a significant advantage).
8–15 years of robust experience in Business Development, Sales, or Engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
A proven track record of successfully selling engineered equipment, modular systems, or automation solutions.
Exceptional negotiation skills and an established professional network within the Nigerian energy landscape.
