As our global operations expand, we are exploring the creation of an in-house capability focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our core business processes run and scale.

Key Responsibilities

Your day to day work will involve several core areas.

Architect, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions tailored to our evolving operational demands.
Integrate Business Central with external platforms, custom internal tools, and third-party APIs to keep data flowing seamlessly.
Translate high-level functional requirements into stable AL code and reliable system enhancements.
Work directly with cross-functional leaders to identify automation possibilities and optimize daily workflows.
Test, debug, and monitor deployments while ensuring standard development practices and strict data security protocols are followed.

Requirements

To hit the ground running in this role, you will bring a strong mix of technical depth and collaborative energy.

Proven track record working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and AL programming.
Practical understanding of core business modules including finance, operations, and billing workflows within the Dynamics framework.
Hands-on experience with cloud integrations, extension development, and RESTful APIs.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, allowing you to partner effortlessly with distributed teams.
A proactive mindset with the discipline and autonomy needed to excel in an international remote setting.
