Key Responsibilities

Gather detailed business requirements from internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
Configure existing enterprise systems like ERP, HRMS, and CRM to follow industry best practices without over-customizing.
Collaborate closely with software development teams when custom features or system enhancements are genuinely needed.
Challenge vague requirements, spot operational gaps, and guide stakeholders toward scalable, sustainable solutions.
Drive continuous improvement through structured analysis and clear communication.

Requirements

Proven experience acting as a functional bridge between business users and tech teams.
Strong background in configuring and optimizing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or HRMS.
Natural curiosity and a solutions-driven mindset with the confidence to influence stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Location flexibility based in Argentina with reliable remote work capabilities.
